District X of the Virginia Band and Orchestra Directors Association includes the top middle and high school orchestra students from Alexandria, Falls Church, and the Annandale, Edison, Falls Church, Hayfield, Lee, Mount Vernon, Stuart, and West Potomac Fairfax County schools. The concert will be at Carl Sandburg Middle School, 8428 Fort Hunt Rd., Alexandria, VA. This promises to be a great concert! | 3 pm. |
| Friday, March 9, 2011 | We will be doing a concert at the Fairfax Old Town Hall, 3999 University Drive, Fairfax, Virginia, joined by members of the Boyle School of Irish Dance. This concert is part of the Bonita Lestina Performance Series at Old Town Hall, sponsored by the City of Fairfax Commission on the Arts. Admission is free. | 8 pm to 9:30 pm with one intermission. |

Once again we are having a concert at the MAR-VA Theater Performing Arts Center, 103 Market St., Pokomoke City, Maryland, joined by members of the Boyle School of Irish Dance (click here for our planned program). We will be joined by singer/songwriter Sarah Bernstein. Tickets are $15. This will be a fundraiser for the MAR-VA Theater Performing Arts Center, with the ticket proceeds going to theater. | This concert is cancelled due to hurricane Irene! |

| Saturday, September 24, 2011 | We are performing at the Traditional Irish Music Festival in Fairfax, Virginia. The Festival is sponsored by the O'Neill Malcom Branch of Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann (CCE). Updated performance information! We are performing twice, first with the Boyle School of Irish Dance on the Galway Stage, then (because of the limited space) a smaller group will perform without dancers in the Auld Shebeen. Free, although donations to CCE are welcome and appreciated. | We are performing from 12:40 to 1:10 pm with the Boyle School of Irish Dance on the Galway Stage and from 3:45 to 4:45 pm in the Auld Shebeen (without dancers). The festival is from noon to about 6:30 pm or so. |

| Saturday, December 31, 2011 | We are performing at First Night Alexandria, joined by the Boyle School of Irish Dance. We will be at the Alexandria Union Station at 110 Callahan Drive. Admission charged. | First Night Alexandria start as early as 6 pm (for some kid-oriented events), and ends with the midnight fireworks show and lawn dance party until 12:30 am. We are doing four half-hour performances that start at 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, and 10:30 pm. |
